Frequently Asked Questions

What does the ticket price include? The $5,000 ($7000 after March 10th) ticket includes full access to all three days of the bootcamp, all sessions, comprehensive course materials, and daily lunch and snacks.

Is there a virtual attendance option? Not for this particular event.

What should I bring? All essential materials will be provided. Recording devices are prohibited. You may bring drinks and snacks, but they will also be provided.

Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

Because this is a limited-seat live event with venue and staffing commitments, refunds are limited as follows:

Due to venue contracts, catering counts, and material orders, we must abide by the below refund policy;

Within 72 hours of purchase: Full refund unless the event starts within 14 days. Sorry, but no refunds after this due to contractual requirements with the venue.
No-shows / partial attendance: No refunds.

Transfers / Substitutions

One-time transfer to a future Boot Camp may be granted if requested at least 7 days before the event start date (valid for 12 months, subject to availability). A $250 transfer/admin fee may apply.
You may send a substitute attendee (the attendee must meet our requirements) at no cost with 48 hours’ notice, provided they agree to these terms and meet our attendee terms and requirements.

If We Reschedule or Cancel

If we reschedule, your ticket transfers to the new date. If you can’t attend, you may transfer to a future event (within 12 months) or request a refund minus any non-recoverable hard costs incurred for your seat (if applicable).
If we cancel without a rescheduled date, you’ll receive a full refund of amounts paid.
We are not responsible for travel costs (airfare, hotel, etc.) or other incidental costs, liability, etc.

Delivery Policy

Event Registration, Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellation

Registration for any RealtyHub event, including the Bad Title Bootcamp, reserves a seat for the registered participant.

Because live events involve limited seating, staffing commitments, venue reservations, and planning expenses, refunds are limited as follows:

Within 72 hours of purchase, a full refund may be available unless the event starts within 14 days.
More than 30 days before the event start date, refunds may be issued less a $250 administrative fee.

Between 30 and 15 days before the event start date, refunds may be limited to 50% of the amount paid.
Fourteen days or less before the event start date, no refunds are available.
No-shows and partial attendance are non-refundable.

One-time transfers to a future Boot Camp may be allowed if requested at least 7 days before the event start date, subject to availability and a possible $250 transfer fee.

Substitute attendees may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, provided the substitute agrees to these terms.

If RealtyHub reschedules an event, your registration may be transferred to the new date or, if you cannot attend, to a future event within 12 months. If RealtyHub cancels an event without offering a rescheduled date, amounts paid for the event will be refunded.

RealtyHub is not responsible for airfare, hotels, rental cars, meals, or other travel expenses or any expenses or losses incurred by you.

Zoom Follow-Up Sessions and Mentoring

If your purchase includes Zoom or other online platform follow-up support, group Q&A, or mentoring access, or phone calls, those sessions are delivered in a group educational format unless otherwise stated.

These sessions are not individualized legal, financial, or professional services. Missed sessions are not refundable and will not be rescheduled individually unless we choose to do so.

We reserve the right to manage format, participation, speaking time, and access in order to maintain fairness and quality.

Books, Physical Products, and Hard Goods

If RealtyHub offers books or other physical products, shipping and handling charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

Refund requests for physical goods must be made in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for any refund, the product must be returned according to our instructions and in like-new, resalable condition.

Subscriptions, Automatic Renewals, and Cancellation

If you enroll in a subscription, membership, or payment plan, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method according to the subscription terms presented at purchase.

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial to avoid charges.

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] at least 10 days before your next billing date. If notice is given too late, your payment method may still be charged for the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access, attending an event, downloading materials, or otherwise using what you purchased without following the refund process, RealtyHub may suspend your access and submit documentation to the payment processor or card issuer supporting our position. Further, court action may be commenced against you and your assocates and company by RealtyHub LLC to collect all costs, fees and legal costs.

Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, Governing Law, and Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, any product or service, the Privacy Policy, or your relationship with RealtyHub shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Jasper County, Missouri, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable commercial rules.

You waive any right to trial by jury and any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

If any claim is found not subject to arbitration, exclusive venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Jasper County, Missouri.

Nothing in this section prevents RealtyHub from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other legal rights.

Termination

Severability
