I’ve been investing in real estate for over 30 years, buying and selling 1,700+ properties across multiple market cycles. During the crash of 09-11, when everyone was going bankrupt, I was building houses and prospered. Today, I hold a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio with zero loans, built on careful deal evaluation and a deep understanding of how title defects and legal gaps cause deals to fail—or succeed.
I was a real estate investor and entrepreneur long before I attended law school, which shaped how I approach real estate from a legal standpoint, especially when it comes to title issues, and complex transactions. I also started Alliance Title, one of the few specialized curative title companies in the US with full-time private investigators and genealogists. Other companies I started, scaled, and sold include six investigative corporate veil-piercing firms and intelligence-based businesses built around asset discovery and risk intelligence. That same intelligence-driven framework underpins RealtyHub and its AI mentor—combining real-world experience with structured analysis to make better decisions in complex environments.
Beyond business and being a dad to my four kids, I’m a licensed pilot and an active volunteer with a medical rescue organization, serving as both a medic and pilot on emergency and humanitarian missions across the globe.
